About me

At the ripe age of nine, Ella picked up a pen and started telling people she was going to become an illustrator, and since then she has drawn her way through life. She has tried everything from realistic portraits and minimalist watercolor paintings to animation and concept art. But it wasn’t until she tried illustrating children’s artwork that everything started to fall into place and she finally felt at home. Now, Ella creates colorful and whimsical illustrations, inspired by nature and with funny and charming animal and kid characters.

Ella received her diploma in Animation Concept Art from Vancouver Film School in 2025 and has been working hard on her illustration skills ever since.

When not drawing, Ella can be found crocheting cute little creatures, dancing to her favorite songs or snuggling with her two adorable cats.
